What are your shipping options?

You can choose between standard or express shipping at checkout. If local, be sure to select local pickup as there is no fee for pickup orders!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All candles are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be poured, cured, and prepared before it ships or is ready for pickup. Keep in mind that shipping time is in addition to the processing time.

Why the wait?

Hand-poured fresh in small batches.

Freshly trimmed wick. Fresh pour. Peak scent throw guaranteed. Ready to light your space.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If a local supporter, please select “Local pickup” at checkout to skip shipping fees. Once your order is ready (within 7–10 business days), I’ll email you the pickup location and a few pickup time options at a local workspace where I occasionally sell in person.

When will I know where to pick up my order?

For local pickup orders, you’ll receive a follow-up email when your candles are ready to come home. Once we coordinate a time that works best for the both of us, you will receive a confirmation with the pickup address provided.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, orders are only available for shipping within the US. If this changes, an announcement will be made and I’ll update this page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package’s progress until it arrives.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me at hello@scentseifragrance.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I will be sure to review the situation and work with you on a replacement or solution.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders $75+ will receive free shipping! From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions. The best way to hear about these is to join the Scentsei familia via email list or follow on social @scentsei.fragrance
