Due to the nature of my handcrafted candles and my commitment to quality, all sales are final. 

Each candle is thoughtfully poured in small batches and carefully inspected before making its way to your home. I am confident you will thoroughly enjoy your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that an issue arises, I am happy to review the situation and, if appropriate, offer store credit towards a future purchase.
