Processing Time

Hand-poured fresh in small batches. Allow 7-10 business days before shipping/pickup (fresh pour = peak scent throw, no warehouse dust!).

Shipping Methods:

Standard ($8.95): 3–5+ business days transit. Packed with care to arrive in the best condition for you.

Express ($18.95): 1–3 business days transit.

Free shipping over $75: because your flame deserves it. 

Local Pickup (Winston Salem, NC): Free pickup available. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout—I'll notify you when ready (7-10 days processing).

Order Tracking: Tracking sent once shipped. Check spam folder. If delayed, reach out.
